A Breakthrough in Understanding and Using Our Interpersonal “DNA”

Established in 2010, the Authentic Collaboration Space began as a new kind of human integration framework that used a unique combination of applied scientific research methodologies and a crowd-driven testing and development approach. ACS is a completely new approach toward addressing human-to-human collaboration and communication.

Together we discovered the source of low-friction Collaboration and Communication.

ACS guides people, with any type of diversity profile, through an experimental open think tank process that identifies and tests elements needed for humans to productively collaborate and effectively communicate together.

Untrained people with real life problems are invited and challenged to freely address interdisciplinary and cross-border issues openly and honestly.

From 2009 to 2015, a university network and professional association provided office space, training facilities, testing services, communication support and direct access to 2000 executives and students from 100 countries, 65 academic fields and 123 professions.

Using state-of-the-art Project-Based Learning methods, a breakthrough inter-personal education system was developed by blending self-paced learning, online interactive training and group practice environments.

Based on principles of the Martial Arts, which produce the high levels of sustainable reliability and quality, multiple levels of advancement were developed. The fusion of Eastern and Western approaches further strengthens the participant’s cultural polycentric awareness and behavioral adaptation abilities. Based on the unique background, situation and needs of each individual participant, ACS was designed to systematically adjust accordingly.

Upon completion of beginning and intermediate modules, participates are then continuously escorted throughout their daily professional activities with a mobile meeting and communication toolset providing instant cross-cultural relevant information configured specifically based on the participant’s unique cultural makeup.
